Shipping Policy

At SquirkyBear, the goal is to deliver your orders safely and on time while keeping you informed at every step. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and forwarded to our printing and fulfillment partner (Qikink) within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, printed, or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Fulfillment and Shipping Partner

  • SquirkyBear uses Qikink as its primary print-on-demand and fulfillment partner.

  • Once your order is printed and packed by Qikink, it is handed over to their courier partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc., depending on serviceability to your pincode).

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping is available for all serviceable pincodes in India.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 5–9 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

  • Metro and Tier-1 cities may receive orders faster, while remote or non-metro locations may take longer.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • From time to time, SquirkyBear may offer free shipping or discounted shipping as part of special offers or promotions.

  • Any additional charges such as octroi, local taxes, or entry fees (if applicable in certain regions) may be payable by the customer as per local regulations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on Qikink’s and the courier partner’s serviceability for your pincode.

  • If COD is available, applicable COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

  • Repeated COD order refusals or fake orders may lead to restriction of COD facility for that customer/account.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking link or AWB number.

  • You can use this link to track the real-time status of your shipment on the courier partner’s tracking page.

  • If tracking details are not visible or not updated for more than 48 hours, you can contact our customer support with your order ID.

Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address and contact details at the time of checkout.

  • If a package is returned to origin due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, reshipping may incur additional charges.

  • In case of non-delivery due to courier issues, SquirkyBear will coordinate with the partner to attempt redelivery or provide a suitable resolution.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

  • If you receive a tampered, damaged, or open package, please record an unboxing video and photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the shipment is marked “delivered” by the courier but not received by you, inform us within 48 hours so we can raise a query with the shipping partner.

  • Resolutions (replacement/refund) for damaged, lost, or missing shipments will be provided as per our Return & Refund Policy and subject to courier investigation.

Serviceable Locations

  • Currently, SquirkyBear ships across most serviceable pincodes in India as per Qikink’s and its courier partners’ coverage.

  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you may see an error at checkout or our team may contact you to modify or cancel the order.

International Shipping

  • At present, SquirkyBear does/does not offer international shipping (edit as applicable).

  • If international shipping is enabled in the future, this section will be updated with specific timelines, charges, and customs duties information.
