Refund policy

At SquirkyBear, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That’s why we have a comprehensive Return & Refund Policy in place to ensure your satisfaction with our print-on-demand products.

Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Once you have obtained the RAN, please securely package the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a return, we will process it as per our Refund Policy below. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Certain items are exempt from our return policy, including personalized or custom-made products, as well as items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SquirkyBear, every order is printed on demand especially for you, so refunds and cancellations are handled carefully to keep things fair and transparent for both you and our small team.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, as long as printing/processing has not started.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order ID via email/WhatsApp.

  • If the order has already been sent for printing, processing, or shipping, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a regular order under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Prepaid order cancellations (approved within the allowed window) will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to gateway timelines.

  • For COD orders, approved cancellations will simply be marked as cancelled; no money is charged if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally offered in the following situations:

  • You receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product.

  • You receive a product with major printing issues, incorrect size (if different from what you ordered), or a clearly different design/colour than what was shown on the website.

  • Your order is lost in transit or undelivered due to courier issues and cannot be re-shipped.

Refunds are not usually provided in cases such as:

  • Wrong size ordered by you, change of mind, or dislike of the fit/colour in person.

  • Minor colour variation due to screen differences and print output.

  • Delays caused by courier, weather, festivals, strikes, or other factors outside our control, as long as the order is in transit.

  • Products marked as “final sale”, “non-returnable”, “customized” or “personalized”.

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue (damage, misprint, wrong item, etc.)

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details if needed. If your refund is approved, we may offer one or more of the below, depending on the case:

  • Full or partial refund to original payment method

  • Store credit/coupon of equivalent value

  • Free replacement of the product (subject to availability)

Refunds to the original payment method can take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway. For COD orders, refunds (where applicable) may be processed via UPI/bank transfer or store credit, as communicated at the time of resolution.

Non-Refundable Components

  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable, except where the issue is clearly due to damage, defect, or our error.

  • Any return shipping or pickup charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount, unless the product is defective/incorrect.

  • Convenience fees or payment gateway charges, if any, may also be non-refundable as per gateway rules.

Replacement Policy

In many defect/damage/wrong-item cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund:

  • A replacement will be processed once your issue is verified through photos/video and approved by our team.

  • If the same product/size/colour is not available, you may be offered an alternative design, store credit, or refund.

  • Replacements are shipped at no extra cost to you in valid defect/incorrect-product cases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund even after the communicated timeframe:

  • First check your bank/UPI/card statement again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider, as there is often a processing delay on their side.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us with your Order ID and refund confirmation so we can help track it.
