Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Once you have obtained the RAN, please securely package the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Using a trackable shipping service is recommended to ensure the safe return of the item.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a return, we will process it as per our Refund Policy outlined below. Please note that shipping fees are non‑refundable.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

It is important to note that certain items are exempt from our return policy. These include personalized or custom-made products, as well as items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. This communication will be sent within a reasonable timeframe after we receive the product.

If your refund is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

In some cases, you may be offered a refund in the form of store credit, especially for promotional or discounted purchases, subject to the specific offer terms mentioned at the time of purchase.

Please note that original shipping charges if occurs,  are non‑refundable, and any return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or damaged) will generally be your responsibility. Only regular-priced, eligible items may be refunded; certain sale, clearance, or final-sale items may not be eligible for refunds and will be clearly marked as such on the product page.

For defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement, subject to stock availability. In such cases, any additional shipping costs for replacement or return may be covered by SquirkyBear.

If you have not received your refund within the indicated processing time, first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received the refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and Return Authorization Number so we can assist you further.
